Yep; that's why I hope the Monk MC feat just grants the Unarmed Combatant class feature, so all classes can get in on the action.
Id think they would have to make some official ruling on the brawler belt or else some DMs wont allow the unarmed sneak attack. I wonder if a rogue feat would make sense, or would it be too niche?

Wouldnt the monks unarmed strike not count as an Improvised attack since it is a proficient attack to begin with? Which would make it not usable with the belt.

Daggers are monk weapons. So a MC Rogue/Monk has a weapon they can use to get both the sneak attack damage and the use of Monk powers.
