Maybe the templar is not, but WOTC said there would be a T. They have already corrected themselves on the letters. So I would think this would have been corrected too, unless the change is more recent.
Maybe the avenger isn't a PHII class. Maybe it is for a different book.

And I must say I approve. While I do enjoy both "T" and "A", when the chips are down I'm definitely an "A" man. :P
