As will I. Well, me too, but I have trouble believing that anyone has the willpower (barring total apathy) to pick up the book off the shelf, carry it home, sit down, then crack it open for the first time. What if there's a lineup at the store? Someone two people in front of you is paying for a handfull of dice using nickels, the person in front of you is buying a PHB and keeps yelling "SWEET!" to their disinterested driver as they flip through, then they start an argument with the clerk about Vancian Magic and Save-or-die spells, and all this time you're standing there in line with the book in your hands and you don't even take a peek?
I'll probably flip randomly through until I see some art that looks super awesome, read a paragraph or two, then look up the specifics of the Warlock Pacts (what kind of powers do Vestige Pact Warlocks get?) and Wizard specializations (which we know very little about since implements seem to have changed since R&C was put together.)

I'm going to take the day off work, show up at my gaming store 5 minutes before it opens, or maybe past midnight for the 12:01 if they do it and then pick a corner, crack the cover and thumb for about 2:00 hours, stopping to read whatever has a pretty picture or an interesting topic heading.
Sooner or later I'll read some of the class info, but I'll likely be interrupted by other people at the store with their copies complaining about how obviously broken something is. Then we'll spend the next 20 minutes telling that person that they are wrong or right. Blood may or may not be spilled, then it will be nose down again.
Sooner or later I'll do the page by page, probably the later.

Page 1 for me. Read it through all the way, then pick up the DMG, skim through that stopping to fully read anything that looks interesting (which is pretty much what I always do with DMGs), then same treatment for the MM. Skim through, looking at the art (it's the only place I pay particular attention to the art) and stop to fully read stat blocks and what not for creatures that seem interesting.

I'm a freak - page 1 for me, though I'll probably just skim the powers beyond the first 3 levels at first.

In all honestly, probably flip through for awesome pictures as the very first thing. Then head on over to the combat chapter/section to see what I can cram into my head for the following day's Game Day.
Promptly followed by at least one cover to cover.
... and the DMG... page 1!

First I'll read combat rules and any rules that might be useful for the Game Day game I'm running the next day. Character Creation will have to wait...
Then as soon as the Game Day is done, I'll read the Rogue and Warlord entries to build my Human Rogue-splash-Warlord character, which I believe is the best representation of the character I always play in every dang edition.

Page 1 (or whichever page has actual game text instead of credits, indicia, and the table of contents ... probably 4 or 5). Read it cover to cover. Twice. Seconded.

What will you turn to first? Artwork > races > classes > equipment > combat > spells > read cover-to-cover
