Sorry for the lack of updates guys, I've been REALLY busy since after the show (Free Comic Book Day this Saturday and getting over a nasty bug I caught in Vegas ). Honestly I thought that some of the gaming press at the show would have filled in some answers by now. I'm going to try and get to some of the questions asked here, but maybe not until our store calms down a bit Hey Tanus, Just give us what you can when you can. I am willing to wait.

One more question when you have the chance. Does the PHB still list each race's age/height/weight in a separate section from the race entries? This has always been a bit of an annoyance with me. I think they have the average Height/Weight in each entry.
Here's something else I wanted to ask: Does the PHB still have the lineup of pc races that 3.x did? I really liked the art comparing all the races side by side, and would like this to have stayed in.[/quote] I don't remember seeing it in there.

Was there more then one Paragon path for each class? If there isnt, it would be pretty annoying, since it would just be like getting new abilities in the same class but renaming the class. Yes, 2 or 3 each at least.

I'm hoping there's a good defender path for the rogue. In order to go "out of role", it seems you are going to have to multiclass.
It didn't look like there were any cross-role Paragon Paths, but I didn't look at them all.

I like how Feats don't start until pg190. Looks like there is gonna be an awful lot of class info. I'm assuming that power lists are being folded in to the class descriptions, rather than a seperate section, a-la Spells in previous rulebooks.
Thumbs up from me. Correct. The power list and text for each appears in the relevant class' section.

It didn't look like there were any cross-role Paragon Paths, but I didn't look at them all. But multiclassing only involves 1 feat, so that's not a huge diversion.

I have a few questions--
Does 4E have more individual weapons listed than 3.5E PHB, or fewer, or about the same? Is 4E going to bring back the "weapon equivalency" business that gave us scimitar-wielding druids? How many polearm types are there? How about exotic weapons? Are there exotic weapons in 4E?
Does 4E have more individual armors & shields listed than 3.5E PHB, or fewer, or about the same?
Are there any provisions for "secondary" skills that fill the gaps left by those skills that were cut out? About the same of each. Exotic weapons are in but are called something else. No secondary skills that I saw.
But multiclassing only involves 1 feat, so that's not a huge diversion. Right, especially since you get feats more frequently now.
That guy who took the pictures must have had permission, I wasn't even allowed to have my cell phone out while I looked at them.
The books smelled like sweaty gamer hands and BO.
Hopefully I got most of the questions, sorry if I missed any. Feel free to re-ask if I did.

Including off-topic trolling. Don't ya just hate it when some pompous jerk does that! I don't know if you can say they are trolling just because of an observation. They do have a point, many people click on a subject in the boards expecting it to pertain to that original question or comment, so thinking that a new thread should be created to cover that conversation is not outlandish. In fact it would be helpful to anyone who might have an opinion or knowledge about the subject who would never know it's being discussed under this topic.
On the other hand, the message boards are for socializing and sharing thoughts and ideas, and going off on tangents is definately not an unusual thing either, especially when the original subject gets stalled for whatever reason (like the unavoidable intrustion of real life in this case). Also, if nothing else the tangent allows the thread to stay relevant on the boards, showing the OP in this case that people are still interested in what they have to say.
I guess what it boils down to in my mind is he isn't wrong for making the comment nor is anyone else for going off on tangents. Assuming one or the other are either trolls or board stealers seems jumping the gun a bit.
And one final note, thanks to the OP for taking the time to help fill all our rabid needs for information concerning 4e.

Hopefully I got most of the questions, sorry if I missed any. Feel free to re-ask if I did. Do you remember what the difference was between Fey, Infernal, and Shadow Warlock pacts? (That was my major question a few pages back.)
I also asked if there was a non-radiant Cleric path (like for Clerics of Zehir), but I pretty much think I know the answer is, "No," at this point. I also asked how tied Fighter powers were to weapons.
