For those who run low to no magic games, please address natural healing in a viable fashion. Eliminate level-based healing, and give concrete rules for rest and the Heal skill to mend HP and/or temporary stat loss based on the Constitution of the player and/or the skill ranks of the healer in question

Here is what I use. Con mod (min 1) plus character level X number of hours of rest. So a 1st level fighter with a Constitution score of 16 heals 4 hp per hour of rest.
