If anybody hasn't tried EBAY then thats the place for sure! All mint and with "colors" (my originals are real faded). I hope there is some truth to the retropackaging rumor like they did with Risk that Hasbro is going to do to OD&D/OAD&D so it might be a good idea to wait til that happens...

Anybody know what's going on with PDF sales of OOP stuff? Suddenly all the sites I bought stuff from said WotC put an end to sales. WotC discontinued sales of all PDFs through online retailers as of midnight last night. If you purchased them through DriveThruRPG/RPGNow, they are gone. Hope you had them saved somewhere. If you purchased them on Paizo.com you have until noon today (4/7) Pacific time to download them before they are no longer available in your downloads page.
Seems that if you don't want to play 4e, and buy dead-tree versions of the books in a brick & mortar store, you're out of luck. eBay, here we come!

Hey all. I know that the recent cesation of PDF sales definitely impacts this thread and the sell of OOP books, but I would very much appreciate it if you joined the conversation hereif you want to talk about this. Of course I'm not going to close down this thread, and I encourage you to keep talking about where to find OOP books. But I do want to keep this PDF discussion in one place to ensure that everyone in our community is having the same discussion with the same information, while making it relatively easy for me gather all your feedback and deliver to the rest of the company. Thanks much!

Wow. This thread's YEARS old, and nobody's suggested it yet. I'm surprised. www.bartertown.com/tradingBartertown is an online trading community with 15000+ members. You can buy, sell or trade for gaming materials of ALL SORTS there; RPG, Wargaming, Video games, Board Games, CCG's, CMG's... Plus, as it's BARTERtown, most members are willing to haggle over prices, if that's your thing. Very little is 'set in stone.' When I decided to start playing 2nd ed again, I was able to build a HUGE collection in short period of time for only a little money. I can't give it a higher recommendation! Tell 'em MagickalMemories sent you! LOL Eric

I run an eBay store for TJ Collectibles. We have a fair amount of 3rd Edition products here at our store. I have a bunch of them listed in our eBay store and more need to be uploaded still. We also are starting to get a decent collection of AD&D stuff into our store. Again some is listed and there is more than still needs to be added. Feel free to check us out. If your in the Milford MA area you may also want to check out our store as we have a 3000+ SQ feet of gaming space for D&D, Magic etc. So if you ever need a place to game we have room for you. We have a group here as well.
Feel Free to add me as a friend. I am always looking for more of those around here

Anyone seen a reasonbly priced D&D Rules Cyclopedia lately? All the copies I can find are either priced gouged into the strotsphere or part of an ebay bidding war on its way there.
Peace, Necro

I found my copy at a library booksale fundraiser for $15. I know that's not very helpful for you, but you really shouldn't count stuff like that out.
