kp2k4]But getting back to the dinosaur stats...now we just need to come up with in' names they would have if they were ever featured in the D&D Eberron Campaign Setting!

Well, one of my players has the Eberron Campaign Setting, but I do not.

Is there a general type of name monsters are wrote:

While there is no evidence of Dilophosaurs having a poisonous bite, its not like fossils are great at retaining poison. But Raymond_Luxury_Yacht (Or Throat Wabbler Mangrove, for those lovers of Monty Python) was correct when he said their mouths were not capable of injecting poison; they lacked the necessary tooth structure for it. However, they were a very light weight carnivore, with weak jaws. It is theorized they did use the Komodo Dragon style of hunting, ambushing prey then waiting for it to die from diseases inflicted from the bite. Without this capability, Dilophosaurus would be reduced to preying upon much smaller creatures.

That hypothesis is seriously out of date. It's been known for almost 20 years that the kink is the jaw was reinforced, giving it perfectly usable jaws. Also, 400 kg is not lightweight. That's as heavy as a fair-sized grizzly.

The_Exploding Chicken]I know that but if he wanted to use a theroy like that not much is still know about them they could of a had a diseased bite like the kimodo dragon from indnesia but like i still sya its a theroy

No, it couldn't. The teeth are the wrong shape to host bacteria. The only known dinosaurs with the properly shaped teeth are tyrannosaurids, and they didn't even need bacteria to kill something.

Incidentally, infecting or poisoning something and then waiting for it to die or weaken is a horrible tactic for endotherms. They don't have the several hours to spare.

the Eberron Campaign Setting]Naturally, the peoples of Eberron do not refer to dinosaurs using the names bestowed upon them by real-world paleontologists.

After that, it gives a list of dinosaurs from the monster manuals and their names in Eberron (such as a tyrannosaur is a swordtooth titan, velociraptor is a clawfoot, ankylosaur is a hammertail wrote:

Carcharodontosaurus is about 47 feet long from nose to tail, weighing about 8 tons.

Combat

Improved Grab (Ex)
To use this ability, a carcharodontosaurus must hit an opponent of up to one size smaller with its bite attack. It can then attempt to start a grapple as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity. If it wins the grapple check, it establishes a hold and can try to swallow the foe the following round.

Swallow Whole (Ex)
A carcharodontosaurus can try to swallow a grabbed opponent of up to two sizes smaller by making a successful grapple check . The swallowed creature takes 2d8+19 points of bludgeoning damage and 8 points of acid damage per round from the carcharodontosaurus's gizzard. A swallowed creature can cut its way out by using a light slashing or piercing weapon to deal 40 points of damage to the gizzard (AC 15). Once the creature exits, muscular action closes the hole; another swallowed opponent must cut its own way out.

A Gargantuan carcharodontosaurus's gizzard can hold 2 Large, 8 Medium, 32 Small, or 128 Tiny or smaller opponents.

Right-click on the picture, hit properties, and you'll know. The site he got them from stole the pictures from some Jurassic Park website, in case you wanted to know the original wrote:
