AZN you said that you hadnt gotten to look at the Monster Manual 4 right? in it there are only 4 monsters that have an LA+0. (They have it listed in a column that goes HD - LA - ECL)
They are all orcs oddly.
Orc Battle Priest, Orc Berserker, Orc War Howler, and a Half Orc Infiltrator. They all have the same Stats as regular Orcs and a Half Orc
I'm not sure if you want to use these but thats all that is in the MM4 with no LA, it just says Orcs as Characters"see page 204 of the Monster Manual for information on Orcs as Characters."
Looking them over, those seem like just like orcs/half-orcs with class levels - not a real race.

I'm really only doing wotc published races. I only left the original dragonlance stuff in their because the original author, Wolfen Fenrison, put them in there. So now it's wotc and dragonlance races. If I find that there are a lot more dragonlance stuff out there that I don't know about, I'll probably just get rid of the dragonlance stuff completely from the list because Dragonlance isn't published by wotc (wotc only lisences to them).
Forgive my ignorance, but at least the DragonLance Campaign Setting is published by WotC isn't it? It sure looks like it, got all the logos and an WotC number (869900000) Some LA+0 races from it you seem to be missing: Elves(Kagonesti) +2 Dex, -2 Int, -2 Cha, Ranger, +1 Knowledge(Nature) and Survival. Elves(Qualinesti), like PHB, +1 Diplomacy and Sense Motive. Elves(Silvanesti), +2Dex, +2 Int, -2 Con, -2 Cha, +1 Knowledge(Arcana) and Spellcraft Halfling/Kender, +2 Dex, -2 Str, -2 Cha, Lack of Focus, Taunt, Fearless Minotaur, +4 Str, -2 Dex, -2 Int, -2 Cha, Medium, 30ft, Fighter, Natural Armor+2, gore attack, Scent, +2 intimidate, swim, use rope.
I only quoted differences from the PHB versions.
Yay Kender!

1. Yes, I have already included dragonlance races (for the time being) 2. No, technically dragonlance isn't "published" by wotc, it is licensced by them 3. What does this mean? Wotc doesn't write what's in dragonlance, another company pays wotc to obtain the ability to write it under the wotc logo. 4. The reason I have include dragonlance (for the time being) is that the original author did the same. I have merely updated his original list because it had been years since he updated the list himself.

noticed that there is no notation that Raptorans can fly, just wondering if it was missed or if alternate movement modes are intentionally omitted?
EDIT: checked and saw that other races have alternate movements listed, now I'm also wondering if raptorans can only glide, but I'm pretty sure they can fly

This ability gets better as they level. Again, thank you - all has been updated.

Last I checked, anthropomorphic animals only have Darkvision under Special Qualities... as such, I'm 90% sure that an anthropomorphic bat wouldn't get blindsense.
So I interpreted the template, anyway.
