Is there a link to the best wizard spells that are not from the PHB for wizards? I have seen multiple listings for spells with postings of the best wizard spells from the PHB, but not other sorces. I apprciate you taking the time to read this and any posts.

I hope I qm qwking the question 'What are the best 1-9 spells that a wizard has access to?" This is designed for mostly for adventuring wizards/sorcerers.

Dragon Magazine #330 also has spells. The section on the Far Relm (Starting on page 21) Has 11, and then on page 70 starts a list of serpent themed spells.

I don't know if anyone is still checking this thread but I have a question about some spells I can't find. I found a weapon in a dragon Mag that references the following 3 spells I can't find. Could someone please point me to the correct source for the spell details.
Sun Dazzle
Sun Stones
Enhance fire creatures

Too bad this didn't include the Spell Compendium's spells. (Go go sonic snap as a L0 Evocation and caltrops as a L0 Conjuration!)
