I understand that the answer is "Not yet." The feature is planned, but not yet implemented.

Lytefoot has it right. At this point during the Beta we don't have templates, but it is definitely something we want to have in the Monster Builder soon.

I was just about to ask about these. I wanted to recreate some monsters based on a campaign I ran, but I couldn't find the "Plague Zombie" template...
Still Good job so far.

Is the plan for templates to include NPC Class Templates? I note that the builder doesn't include any character class powers and was wondering if they would also be added.
