I'm having some trouble with my D&Di Subscription.


About a month ago (August 21st) I purchased a monthly subscription at D&Di to find out if it worths the trouble. I did like all the bonus options available but being in beta form, it was still missing some bits and pieces here and there so I decided to wait before I renewed my subscription.


I followed the instructions on stopping auto renew in D&Di FAQs but unfortunately when I try to open the My Subscription History link I get the following message:


Server Error



Error:


We are currently unable to perform the selected action. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. We have been notified and are already working to correct this issue as quickly as possible. Please click your browser's back button and try this action at a later time, or take a different action.


Error Number:  SYS_000001


Thus, I am unable to stop the service from auto-renewing and as a result a new order has been automatically made on my behalf with the status beeing Order Pending Payment.


Is there any way out of this issue? Is anyone experiencing the same problems?

PS1. I apologise for posting this here, but I couldn't find a more relative thread and I decided against creating a new one. If it's misplaced please forward before removing the post.


PS2. It wasn't my wish to trouble the community with this, but the Email Us link in the Help section sends all my browsers into an endless loop (i.e. doesn't work properly).
