Whats the fastest way to get the telekinesis spell or spell like ability so i can prestige to this class (which only requires 8 ranks of concentration and the ability to cast telekinesis as a SLA or an arcane spell)
Rather then waiting for 5th level spells is there any way i can acquire this any earlier, be it by a racial SLA or something?

We won't know till 4E is released, maybe you should try on the older 3E Forums.
