In running my last two events, there have been occasions where the player in last place at the end of a round did not recieve the bye. In one case, a player who had already gotten a bye recieved it again. Is this a WER bug, or is there some other way the bye gets determined that I don't know about?

What type of event are you running and how many rounds is the event? It may be a bug with WER and I want to further test it.

I had an issue the other day where we had a player get the bye twice in a row. A player (rules advisor) told us to redo matches manually, as if a player gets the bye twice, the event will become invalid.
