"Occupied"

Is a cell containing ONLY a location considered "occupied" or can only creatures "occupy" a cell.

I assume the reason you can't disrupt a creature to a cell containing a location is because you must disrupt to an unoccupied cell, but I would like to be sure so that when I start using [dbm]Grinder[/dbm] to disrupt pieces into my [dbm]Unwishing Well[/dbm], I know it's all on the up and up.
