Why would my comments be personal attacks, as i don't know the guy.
All i'm saying is that they need to redo the mini range, and with the new edition coming its a good time for doing better and more enjoyable minis.
Saying that WotC needs better sculptors and repeatedly talking about how bad you think the originals were is pretty clearly a knock on the sculptor. You may not have had malicious intent but you are still insulting Peter.
As for "better" or "more enjoyable" my advice to you is to stick with the lines you feel are "better." Personally, I love the WotC minis, and think lines like Warhammer or Hordes aren't all that interesting. It's a matter of personal taste. I think Reaper makes amazing minis, but I won't pay those prices especially to then paint them myself. I see people heap praise on the new Paizo line of minis, and while I think some of them are cool looking, many do not appeal to me.
Such is life. My cell phone is an Android. So are my wife's and my children's. My brother and his wife adore their iPhones. Fortunately for everyone, we all have choices.
