I wrote him on that address, but didn't get an answer. But i tried contacting Starship Modeler since they carry Odyssey Slipways, and they told me that OS still produce models. So no worries, you will be able to get more dreads. They actually already restocked and i was able to get a few.
I also asked about the Diamond Cruiser and the CR20 troop transport, and he said he would get a batch of those in stock as well. Now that's great customer service! So it seems i can get some of those after all. Yay!

And for those who are interested, i just found these starship models: Sith Derriphan-class battleship: armouryhobbies.com/index.php?main_page=p...
New republic bothan assault cruiser: armouryhobbies.com/index.php?main_page=p...
Old republic Hammerhead-class cruiser: armouryhobbies.com/index.php?main_page=p...
I'm not sure if these are in scale with SSB (The Bothan Cruiser might be) but they look cool.

That's good that you were able to get some models. I have seen those armoury hobbies ships, but due to the limited quantities and the look of some of the ships, I think I'll scratch build my own at some point. The sith BB looks good, but the Bothan cruiser could be better.

I ended up buying this: www.transilvaniamodels.com/catalogo/arma...It's a good scale... In between an ISD and the Executor. Perfect for a large Class 2 or a small Class 1.

Wow that's one nice looking model! I don't know it but it would look good in any imperial fleet. Somehow i missed that when i browsed that store. But i googled the manufacturer (Scale Solutions) and found an equally nice but pricy model of the Eclipse SSD: users.hunterlink.net.au/~ddwwp/ScaleSolu...

I'll bump this old thread, because Odyssey Slipways is indeed still going, and has in fact JUST released the Republic Light Cruiser in three scales. I bought 1/2256, but for SSB I'm thinking that the 1/4222 would work better for ya. Plus, it's cheaper, no assembly I know of, and you get two. They should be about 1 3/4" long, as the 1/2256 is 3 1/8th". Behold! The CR-20 is still there (at Starship Modeler) too, but there is (as of this moment) only one in stock. You get three ships. EDIT: After this post and some pondering, I decided to order the 1/4222 pack myself. Eventually, I'll let y'all know (with pics) how it all shakes out.

If I remember correctly, the CR20s are too small. But this ship looks promising... And to think I made one on my own out of a venator and a consular lol.

Oh, I'd say the CR-20s are definitely too small for SSB. There's fighters that are bigger. But it's in scale with the Light Cruiser, Venator model etc. Trouble is SSB's "relative scale" was SO freakily "relative" that it's kinda hard to make matches. The 1/2256 cruiser is almost the size of the SSB Venator, but the 1/4222 one (while acceptable next to the Venator) is smaller than the SSB Blockade Runner. Like I said, once I get the smaller one I'll take a shot or two of a spread of ships.
