Here's some customs I've done. Whenever I get some time, I plan on giving my hand at sculpting some new things. Dark Moon Monk "converted" into a Jedi. Just added lightsabers. Flash Speeder Conversion. Working on a trio of swoops to match the gang on the left.

They look pretty awesome! I like your work a lot! If you're looking for names, I suggest you check out Wookieepedia.com. There are enough uniques without a mini to find there! For the Imperial officer (probably the most awesome officer EVER), wasn't there some guy in Der Untergang who looked like him? Perhaps you should search for his name. As for your lightsabers, it's always best to use cut off lightsabers from other minis (Jedi academy is the cheapest for that, I think) instead of painting and sculpting your own. It just doesn't look like how WotC does it. I really like the rest of your work, and hope you will make more of it!
P.S. What most people on these forums with their own Customs thread do, is keep some posts reserved, just in case. If you keep adding minis in new post, the thread will become chaotic and stuff... Just thought I'd let you know.
P.P.S. How did you do the armor on your Twi'lek Jedi Knight? It's exactly what I'm looking for!

I appreciate the advise! As far as the lightsabers are concerned, they're not from Wizards. They're acrylic rods, I just can't find colored ones. I'd use other minis sabers, but that involves spending money I don't have. I'm not terribly concerned about remaining consistant with WotC, but I definately appreciate the advice. I'll keep it in mind when I have some extra funds. I'll defiantely take into account the thread postings. I don't think I'll have anything for awhile though. I have a few works in progress, but they'll most likely stay that way for some time. I do have a few clones I've remodeled/repainted though. All the additional armor bits were added using green stuff, the mini modelers mainstay: www.gf9.com/store/product_info.php?cPath...there are several different kinds of "stuff" for different uses, just use what you like, or a combination.

Excellent work! I particularly like the Flash Speeder with the elevated thruster/wings and corroded finish. Keep em' coming!

I agree, these are great miniatures. Can I make one suggestion on lightsabers though? if you can get to a party supply store (like an iparty) you can find cocktail/party picks. They make great lightsabers!

Most people love the Flash Speeder. You can't see it too well in the pic, but the paint is faded and the speeder has some rust spots as well. I wish I had the funds to get some more vehicles to play with. I would love to modify some BARC and Speeder bikes...
That's a wonderful suggestion! I never thought of using those. And for this reason folks, posting on message boards is useful. All the great ideas and feedback you get. If I can manage to get some cocktail stick, I'll totally rip of the old blades. Thanks again for all the comments! I really do appreciate it.

Another option is use the clear acrylic rods and get a cheap glass stain kit (I got one at Wal-Mart for about $1, maybe $2). Then you can color your acrylic rods any color you want and still have them look like the existing models. Just something I have had luck with. Great work btw.
