I can certainly have a go at one - is there any particular level you would like it statted at?

How about level 8 or 9 for 5th level characters. I'm not sure what level it should really be.

From the 'CL Encounter Chart' I have, a CL 7 (lvl 8) creature is the maximum CL for any single opponent that a party of 5th level characters should face. Given that, here is your Anakkona as a level 8 beast (though there is very little information to go on, so this should be taken as my interpretation of the creature):

Anakkona
Anakkona CL 7
Gargantuan beast 8
Init +5; Senses: Darkvision, Scent; Perception +6
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Defenses Ref 14 (Natural armour +8, Flat-footed 13), Fort 24, Will 12
hp 156; Threshold 44
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Speed 10 squares
Melee Bite +20 (3d6+18) and
Melee Tail gore +20 (3d6+18)
Fighting Space 4x4; Reach 2 squares
Base Atk +6; Grp +35
Atk Options: Constrict, Crush, Devour, Pin
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Abilities Str 39, Dex 12, Con 38, Int 1, Wis 14, Cha 8
Special Qualities: Constrict, Darkvision, Devour, Scent
Feats: Crush, Pin, Skill Focus (Survival)
Skills: Stealth -10, Survival +16
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Constrict: An Anakkona that succeeds in grappling an opponent can use Crush and Pin feats as normal. When crushing, however, an Anakkona deals damage through its Bite attack.
Devour: If an Anakkona hits with its Bite attack against a Medium or smaller opponent, it can automatically make a grapple check with its Bite attack at its full bonus (even if it has already taken a full-round action). If the grapple check is successful, the Anakkona can begin devouring its target. Any creature being devoured takes 1d6+14 points of damage each round it is in the Anakkona's maw. When the creature reaches 0 hit points, it is swallowed by the Anakkona and continues to take 1d4 points of acid damage each round.
Scent: Anakkona's ignore concealment and cover when making Perception checks to notice opponents within 10 squares and they take no penalty from poor visibility when tracking (see the Survival skill, SECR pg 73).

I was trawling through the SW M&RPG site archives and found this creature in one of the more recent Planet Hoppers articles (Planet Hoppers: Cathar). I have corrected a few minor errors present in the stat block (Defence scores mainly) before posting it here though:

Besides the Cathar, the most prolific and dangerous creatures on [Cathar] are the kiltik. These giant beetle-like beasts were omnivorous and were responsible for razing vast swaths of Cathar with their voracious appetites. The Cathar hosted periodic hunts to eliminate as many of these pests as possible; these hunts were a vital part of Cathar society. After the Mandalorian Wars, it is thought that the kiltik were wiped out, although this has never been proven, and whole nests might remain underground.

Kiltik CL 13
Huge beast 14
Init +14; Senses: Low-light Vision; Perception +8
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Defenses Ref 24 (Natural armour +14, Flat-footed 22), Fort 20, Will 11
hp 203; DR 5; Threshold 30
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Speed 8 squares
Melee Bite +17 (3d6+14) or
Melee Bite +19 (3d6+21) with Powerful Charge
Fighting Space 3x3; Reach 2 squares
Base Atk +10; Grp +27
Atk Options: Power Attack, Powerful Charge, Trip
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Abilities Str 25, Dex 14, Con 30, Int 1, Wis 12, Cha 10
Special Qualities: Low-light Vision
Feats: Power Attack, Powerful Charge, Skill Training (Initiative), Skill Training (Stealth), Trip
Skills: Climb +19, Initiative +14, Stealth +4

Here is a pdf of all the creatures in this thread.

The university of Sanbra’s Guide to xenobiology

Things that I did:

Add a cover page

Put a table of contents

Formatted all the stats to look the same (I made no changes to the numbers, just the look)

If there was no pictures or creature info I tried to find them and add them to the stat block.

In the table of contents I left the links to each of the posts as well as put a page numbers.

One last thing, there is a bookmark to each letter on the pdf.

If you see any mistakes please let me know and I will try to fix it.

I hope you guys like it. If there is enough interests I will make new volumes every 6 months or so for all the new creatures that you guys add.

Thank you to all of you for the hard work that was put into each of these creatures.

Alright, here is an updated pdf of the source book. Darth_Scorpion found a couple of mistakes in the crediting of the creatures. Sorry, for the mistakes. Sometimes it was a bit confusing who made what. Anyway, I've corrected all that he found.

Darth_Scorpion the picture for the Rakamat is the one you put in your post. If you have a different picture e-mail it to me and i will change it.

If anyone else can find a mistake or something that I might have forgotten please post it to me and I will change/add it to the source book.

I think RobShanti may have added that image (Vangaak) to the post when he transferred it from the original thread. AFAIK, no image of the Rakamat has ever been made (though Star Wars: Invasion will hopefully remedy this)...

There is descriptive text for the Rakamat on Wookieepedia, but I'm afraid that is the best I can do...

I have linked the PDF into the Master post so people can find it more easily. Thanks again!

Something new this evening (and quite odd compared to my past entries in a fashion) - this is a creature rebuilt (with a couple of my own additions) from the OCR Alien Anthology that was retconned, after its initial appearance, into being a very old Yuuzhan Vong creation used for long-range intelligence gathering:

Slivilith
Though initially presumed to have been a form of Sithspawn by some residents of the galaxy, the Slivilith had an even more frightening origin; it was an erstwhile Yuuzhan Vong creation. Apparently a type of early extra-galactic "probe," the creature had been shaped at least 4,000 years prior to the invasion of the galaxy by the Praetorite Vong. Only four encounters with Slivilith have been recorded in galactic history (post-Freedon Nadd uprising, two instances during the Clone Wars and once during the Galactic Civil War).

A Slivilith possess a semi-discernible head, housing two glowing red eyes and two antenna-stalks protruding from opposite sides of its brow. The anterior side of a Slivilith's body mass tapers off into a cluster of tentacles of varying length.
Slivilith also possess a set of membranous wings, which can propel it not only through atmospheric environments, but with enough force to break the gravitational pull of a planetary body with enough momentum to propel them through the void of space as well. Although Slivilith can survive the rigors of space, they prefer existing in a state of hibernation for the long journeys needed to travel between planets.

Slivilith CL 5
Huge Shaped Airborne Beast 4
Init +4 (may reroll, must take second); Senses: Darkvision; Perception +7
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Defences Ref 17 (Natural Armour +4, Flat-footed 15), Fort 21, Will 13
HP 64; Threshold 36
Immune Force effects that target Will Defence
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Speed 4 squares, 20 squares (Flying)
Melee 6 Tentacles +14 each (1d8+13)
Base Atk +3; Grp +24
Atk Options: Pin
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Abilities Str 32, Dex 14, Con 26, Int 3, Wis 11, Cha 10
Special Qualities: Armoured Defences*, Darkvision, Enhanced Resilience*, Force Immunity, Vacuum Hibernation
Feats: Improved Damage Threshold, Pin, Skill Training (Perception)
Skills: Initiative +4 (may reroll, must take second), Perception +7, Stealth -6, Survival +7
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Force Immunity: Slivilith are immune to any Force effect that targets their Will Defence (including Force Powers and aspects of the Use the Force skill).
Vacuum Hibernation: Slivilith possess a unique physiology that prevents them from taking damage when exposed to vacuum environments. Once exposed to vaccum environments, however, they enter a hibernation state - as such, they are unable to take any actions and are considered to be flat-footed in vacuum environments until they re-enter a planetary atmosphere.
*Special qualities granted by the shaped beast template (see LECG, pg 220).

Hi Darth_Scorpion,

Do you mind if I put the pdf on a mediafire account with other saga creations people have made? Just trying to put everything in one place.
