I decided to give a version of HK-47 as you first meet 'him' in Knights of the Old Republic (Yuka Laka's shop on Tatooine).
I started HK-47 with a 28 PB and used the Droid creation rules from the Scavenger's Guide to Droids. Using those rules, I started HK-47 with the Battle Droid chasis.
Classes: Straight Soldier for the most part as HK-47 is a combat droid, but I decided to give 'him' one level of the Independent Droid PrC as I feel that HK-47 epitomises a droids ability to be independent given both 'his' comments and abilities.
Talents:Combat Repairs was selected as HK-47 was given missions by Revan (and his other, less fortunate, owners) that took 'him' into dangerous situations away from easy access to repair facilities - this gave HK-47 a better chance to come back intact. Commanding Presence because HK-47 often exuded an 'aura of fear' even from his owners. Just a Droid as 'he' took advantage of 'his' appearance (that of a sinister-looking protocol droid) to get close to 'his' target's on more than one occasion and this talent feel's very fitting. Weapon Specialisation (Rifles) as HK-47's focus was on Rifle combat.
Feats: Nothing overly special here - HK-47 is focused on combat, thus 'his' feats are all based on armour and weapons (Note: For those that do not have SGtD, Armour Proficiency (Heavy) and Weapon Proficiency (Advanced Melee Weapons) are bonus feats granted by the Battle Droid chasis).
Skills: Nothing of any particular interest here. Knowledge (Tactics) as HK-47 was a tactician (demonstrated by his knowledge of anti-Jedi/Sith techniques). Mechanics, Perception and Use Computer are fairly standard - but Persuasion is trained as HK-47 was able to inspire fear into many beings (thus he'd use the Intimidate application more than any other of this skill).

As a final addition though, this is how I feel HK-47 would have progressed over the course of Knights of the Old Republic - but as this is down to how each individual player plays the game, I'm not going to go into any detailed explanations of 'his' abilities in this version (Repair Self is there to reflect HK-47's ability to self-repair in game though). In any case HK-47 appears to have been memory-wiped by Revan prior to the start of Knights of the Old Republic II.

Greetings all. My Count Dooku is built on PB 28, with old age modifiers. I think he's fairly straightforward. I've tried to incorporate everything I could think of from movies and cartoons to represent the abilities that he's demonstrated. His use of dun möch is represented by both the temptation SQ as well as Adept Negotiator and Noble Fencing Style. His trademark Makashi is augmented by Greater Weapon Focus for added precision, and by graceful tactical movement in the form of Dodge and Moving Target. It's not an overpowering style, and it's best against a single melee opponent, which I think is represented in this build. I know that some people might consider 16th level to be a bit low for him, but I think this shows what he can do - and just as importantly, what he can't do (namely, beat Anakin in ROTS). Also, he has no Destiny Points, which is another thing that made Anakin too powerful for him to handle in that last duel. One of his weaknesses in the end is that he doesn't have a destiny of his own, and he's standing in the way of Anakin fulfilling his.
EDIT: I gave him Improved Force Lightning since he used that against Anakin.
