edit : i think i found the answer so i delete the original question and put some stat to get some corrections... !
Grp is (as i believe) used after the attack roll with the grabble action (formula = 1D20 + STR (or DEX) mod + Attack bonus (depend of the crue member) + size mod)
a simplest way to do this formula is (i believe) = 1D20 + Grp.
in fact i believe this is supposed to be correct, but i still have a few errors...
AT-ST (crew expert = +5 atk)
Grp = 25 <=> 10 (str mod) + 5 (atk from crew) + 10 (Huge vehicule) = 25 => correct
AT-AT (crew = expert = +5 atk)Grp = 42 <=> 19 (str mod) + 5 (atk crew) + 20 (colossal) = 44 => incorrect ! 2 too much... SoroSuub X-34 (crew normal = 0)Grp = 15 <=> 4 (str.dex mod, they are the same) + 0 (atk crew) + 5 (large) = 9 => incorrect ! 6 under expectedPadmé Amidala (who want to ride this ? ok ok...)
Grp = 9 <=> 2 (dex mod) + 7 (atk) + 0 (size normal) = 9 => correct !

Grp = 12 <=> 3 (dex mod) + 9 (atk) + 0(size) = 12 => correct !
Yoda (e3)Grp = 14 <=> 3 (dex mod) + 20 (atk) + 5 (small) = 18 => incorrect !_____________________________________________________________
there's too many correct in character to be a mistake, in fact i found only one mistake on thos i checked... Yoda !
The best answer i found for him is a mistake from the writer..., if we use is Str mod, the +3 become a -1 => ' lower = 14. soo the real Grp of yoda is 18 !!? or i just don't get it ?
for vehicule, i supose ATST is good and ATAT is wrong, probably just a mis spell ? it's a little mistake, but i'm not sure where's the mistake ! the STR of ATAT is 45 (wich could explain every thing, the 5 is just under the 8 and give a Grp 2 pt lower but that would say, the fortitude is too high...) or is Grp is 44 ? or i just don't get it ?
for the X34, the difference is huge.. huge ? maybe the air speeder should be huge, not large ?!! after all, it's a 2 people land speeder (1 pilote and 1 passenger) this change would reduce the error at 1 point... what is the truth ?
