My nickname has been "Benny" for years (variant of my last name). When I was at a pizza place in NYC along time ago, I ordered a slice of Sicilian pizza with no cheese... At the time, the Sopranos was still on the air and my friends pointed out that "Benny No-Cheese" would be a great mafia name, and it stuck.

My name came from my first (and favorite) Living Greyhawk character, Grovar Duden.
As for my icon. When I first signed onto the internet via America Online, I wanted to use a name from my favorite anime, Urusei Yatsura. I avoided using the names for Ataru and Mendou (would have joined the pack of fans), and went through my copies of the translated manga for inspiration. The latest release had the debut of Tobimaro Mizunokouji in it, so I adopted his name for my AOL account. I've since left AOL for a better service (no dial-up), but I have continued using that name as my nickname on various boards. When I cannot use that name I use Ton-chan (his nickname).
