Community

So I have been living in Japan for a little over a year and will be going home in a month or so.  At that time I will be running a Forgotten Realms Campaign.  Upon recommendations from this forum I am hoping to integrate some of the LFR mods from the RPGA into my campaign but I dont have a RPGA card!  As I cant obtain one in Japan does anyone have an idea as to how I can obtain an RPGA number.  Whats a DM to do!?
