Note that, with the exception of the MYRE adventures, DMs who run Living Forgotten Realms adventures are limited to using the monsters already in the adventures, as written. Thus, demand for custom-made monsters for use in LFR is going to be pretty limited.
Your offer might be better suited for the general D&D message board.
