You get a quantity of pciduum, depending on the level of the PC. If there's someone in the party with the Create Player Character ritual, you can then turn that pciduum into a new hybrid PC.

Note too that there are a few cards that are not part of either compiled PDF:
- Orc Adventurer
- Spellscarred: Flamespeed
- Spellscarred: Sight of the Unseen
Bummer, because the only monster race I'm interested in in Orc. 
The gnome and shadar-kai cards aren't in the compiled PDF either, but they've been obsoleted by new rules.
