Could you also list all the other options, such as the Class Act features (which give more powers and such) in the first post?
Great job on the thread. I could, but to be honest, that's that's more work than I want to do. My goal is to simply answer the near-weekly questions of things like "Can I Play a Warforged?"
If I start to list every class option from Dragon, then someone will want each option from each additional book (IE Martial Power coming out in a few months)
I've no objections to someone else making and maintaining such a list, but it's more than I care to tend. My vision for this list is "Keep it simple, stupid". If someone else wants/has a larger vision for this list, I welcome them to make it as they like.
What are the ability mods for the following?: Drow (Forgotten Realms Player's Guide p8) Genasi (Forgotten Realms Player's Guide p10) Gnoll (Dragon #367) Warforged (Dragon #364) I suggest you get copies of those books and articles to know the full descriptions. Not attempting to be snappish or rude, but WotC is in the business of selling books, and the Dragon issues with the Warforged and the Gnoll are available for free. Just go to www.wizards.com/dnd/dragon to find them.

The D&D Compendium. We don't need to duplicate all of the information on the boards.

Can you also post and sticky this in the RPGA forum to head off the inevitable "Are Warforged allowed in RPGA" threads.
Thanks

I have a player that wants to play a Githyanki Swordmage. Is it legal to play this in Living Forgotten Realms?

I have a player that wants to play a Githyanki Swordmage. Is it legal to play this in Living Forgotten Realms? I don't want to sound rude here, but in the thread linked at the beginning of this one (which you also commented in, which Wolfstar would preferably not have us do), Githyanki is not on the list, and therefore not playable.
To clarify, the races that are allowed are the main PH classes, plus certain races published in other valid sources, as well as a few that require special campaign cards for use.
There may come a time that this changes, but at this point it has not. In the meantime, if you aren't able to check yourself, or find it too difficult to navigate to the appropriate area, I would suggest referencing the list that WolfStar put up. He's quite on the ball with this stuff, and I expect he will continue to keep this up-to-date.

Red Knight... you're too nice. :P Not to be too rude, but somewhat rude, I can't wrap my mind around how you could even post in the other thread titled "LFR Legal Races and Classes" asking if someone can play a Githyanki when they aren't even on the list in the thread that lists what is legal!
Sorry WOTC, you lost me with Essentials. So where I used to buy every book that came out, now I will be very choosy about what I buy. Can we just get back to real 4e? Check out the 4e Conversion Wiki. 1. Wizards fight dirty. They hit their enemies in the NADs. -- Dragon9 2. A barbarian hits people with his axe. A warlord hits people with his barbarian. 3. Boo-freakin'-hoo, ya light-slingin' finger-wigglers. -- MrCelcius in response to the Cleric's Healer's Lore nerf
