My personal take is the people that are going to do that will do it anyway. Giving the rest of us a nice way to put a module together would be appreciated.

I personally wished that WOTC would have a Forum that has a "current list of Bundle choices for the month" and have these choices change periodically , these bundles would be like 20 items to choose, but the DM making the my realsm would be only able to choose 4 of them for his 1st 4 bundles. and the 5th bundle being the Phb av series items of player level or less. this will allow me as a dm to actually incoirporate the rewards into the mod.( A +1 flaming sword might be a boring reward for some until they have it used on them from the Kobold warrior.) otherwise I as a DM sound kinda funny when i have my solo monster using a specific weapon on the players, and then they take it out its hand to morph into a (PHB of level weapon)

Oh, you're probably right, but I could see where they might see that providing the template to the player base could lead to situations where someone creates their own module, and tries to pass it off to unsuspecting players as an official LFR module.

Could always create a template that looks good, but distinctive enough from the regular LFR scenarios that there is no confusion between the two.
