As far as I can tell, Dragonshard items from Ebberon PG are legal since the CCG says "All except Dragonmarked rules, faiths and backgrounds" for what is legal from the Ebberon book.
EDIT: So, who is supposed to be maintaining the Wiki page? Cause it's over a year without being updated. None of the Psionic classes are listed.

The reason is ``someone lied to you''. `P2 Demon Queen Enclave' is not a legal source for items.
Of course, the items could be put directly into an adventure (which they were), and then you get take them from the adventure, but you can't just buy them, or upgrade them, or do anything but `take them in that adventure' or `sell them for 20%', at the moment.
I hope that helps.
NOTE: I was wrong about the `upgrade them' part -- the current CCG does allow you to upgrade items that you Found Item even if they're not from legal player resources. You still cannot buy them, craft them, etc.
NOTE2: It might currently be legal (but certainly is unintended if so) to upgrade boons at the moment, under this same rule.

I just got a question about blackguards, It ses on the Vice of domination that you can worship a evil or unalined god to make the ends justifi the means. would that mean i could make a charicter that could worship shar and still be LFR legal?

No. LFR characters cannot worship evil deities. As noted on page 3 of the LFR Campaign Guide (which you can download here):
Characters must be unaligned, good, or lawful good. In addition, LFR characters may not worship any deity or exarch with an alignment of evil or chaotic evil. {bolding mine}
Also, just FYI, this is an old, "legacy" message board, left over from the time before WotC rebuilt their message boards as the "WotC Community" about two years ago. When that happened, they gave LFR its own group within the Community, and its own set of message boards. This board now sees very little traffic (as the VCL for the RPGA, I stop back in here every couple of days to see if someone stumbles in here by mistake).
The new LFR group is administered by the LFR campaign staff, and the staff regularly visits those boards and answers questions.
