Today's (17 November) lists Wilden as new ``Debut material from Player's Handbook 3''.

The RPGACCG v1.9 lists ``D&D Insider Character Buidler Debut content'' as all/when available.

I believe that this makes Wilden legal in LFR, as of today.  Comments?

So.  The wiki hasn't been updated since the middle of December.  Is the new Player's Handbook Races: Dragonborn book LFR legal or not?

Oddly enough, the Dragonborn book is not yet legal.  It isn't in the list of books allowed by the RPGA Character Creation Guidelines v.1.9.  You can bet that it's in v.2.0, which is supposed to appear ``any second now'', but won't go into effect until 1 Feb 2010 (after DDXP).

On the other side of the fence, the Character Builder Debut Content version of Hybrid characters *is* in the current version of the document, and it goes legal when published, so Hybrid characters using the most recent rules (i.e. the version as of last week) *are* legal in LFR now.

Too bad the Hybrid Talent feat isn't legal.  I am hoping 2.0 will rule it in, otherwise do we have to wait until March?

Ah ha! 

That kind of sucks. 

The Hybrid Talent feat is not printed in the debut article.

Thankfully, the current CCG for LFR states that debut material is legal as soon as it's available and the character builder is a valid rules source.  So, since it's available in the character builder, it *is* legal, even though it's not in the article.

Nice catch though.  I didn't notice the lack of the Hybrid Talent feat the first time I read through the article.
