The WEEK adventures are not tiered for xp, but the set is a Major Quest, so there is some xp for completing the major quest.

WitR is three modules, so three sets of XP.
Part 1: 425 XP possible
Part 2: 400 XP possible
Part 3: 545 XP possible (includes potential major quest reward)

So, if you play all three parts, with full success, you can get a total of 1,370 XP.

I have only made it to about 1/2 through the first section - but I didnt see the ETA for the time on this series.

Do you anticipate it taking about 4 hours per section or for the entire set?

My .pdf for this adventure is in black and white and will not print. Any one else having this problem?

a) you can try using foxit to print it rather than acrobat
b) print small batches of pages
c) somewhere on your printer settings you should be able to select 'print as image' for this PDF, this will sometimes help with big files

as for the black and white, so is mine..i would have dearly loved the colour module, as i find the maps etc so much clearer in colour

I also thought that the promotional material was supposed to be included in the download for those of us outside the US (as per this article http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/drrep/20080820)

Ok, so this is totally "noob", but WHERE, in the Event Sanctioning area of RPGA/WNP, does one do the "Special Event Game Day" sanctioning? In my RPGA page there is not even the option of sanctioning such a event type...

HELP, AS I HAVE ONLY A FEW HOURS TO SANCTION IT!

Note: as the name implies, I am from Brazil, South America ( and Herald Level in RPGA).

after you enter the event sanctioning, you will run across a popdown menu in the middle of the screen that lists the special event, I think as the last choice.

Is there any place we can provide direct feedback about this mod or even ask questions? Dont want to post any spoiler info and I have found a few inconsistancies that I would like to work out BEFORE the WitR....

Since playtest material becomes playable when the pdf is compiled at the end of the month, the Barbarian is not going to be playable for WitR. If anybody with some authority is reading this, could we make an exception since its release was delayed a month?

While well intentioned, I'd not be surprised to see a fair amount of errata go in for the Barbarian when the end of month version goes in. I'm not sure on the number of people who'd have their heart set on playing one for WitR. I suspect that it'd be better not to introduce people to the campaign and change details of their character three days later.

Greetings...

We are not making an exception to the campaign rules for the barbarian. The class is not legal in LFR until the compiled Dragon issue is available at the end of the month. This does mean that nobody can play a barbarian character at Weekend in the Forgotten Realms, but that's the way it goes. We're not trying to be mean, but if we start making exceptions then we will continually be asked to make more exceptions (there is always a good reason to make another exception for somebody somewhere) and we have no desire to go down that path.
Talk to you later --
