WotC just posted an excerpt on Rituals from the 4E PHB.

Those players who were curious about Raise Dead in 4E; that ritual was one of the examples they included. Not saying this is a complete answer for LFR, but it might answer some of your questions. (See Shawn Merwin's post, if you must speculate, assume LFR will default to PHB, DMG or MM rules.)
