Is there any plans to release the old 3.5 RPGA adventures to the public, seeing as 4e is in full swing? I'd really like to convert to 4e and run the 3.5 adventures for my Eberron group, and I was wondering where one could obtain them.

It's my understanding (and my understanding may be flawed) that after a set period of time the publishing/distribution rights of modules in the 3.x era revert back to the author mods.
So, if you wanted to get a copy of those older modules you'd have to contact the original authors.
The caveat is, now that those rights have reverted back, the authors no longer have permission to use copyrighted names and terms. So, before they could distribute a Mark of Heros module they'd have to strip out references to Eberron, Khorvaire, Cyre, etc.
So, in short the odds of getting these old/retired modules is slim.

They convert it for legal reasons, and I convert it right back for my home game. Only thing is, I'd hate to ask that of someone, since it seems like so much effort. Eugh. I really hope that's not the case.
