I am playing a gruul deck. I am looking for cards that will be able to be played legally that will help me pull my creatures back out of my graveyard any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I assume by "played legally" you mean legal for the Standard format.
That's not something green or red really do, it can happen, but it is rare.  There isn't really anything that does that currently in standard.  The closest thing to that are these cards:

Woodland Sleuth
Moldgraf Monstrosity
Creeping Renaissance
Make a Wish
Revive
Wildwood Rebirth

As you can see, none of those are all that good.  You really need to be in black (or sometimes white) for that kind of effect.  Currently Unburial Rites is very popular and used for this.

Well my deck has the bloodrush I was thinking if I could bring them back to my hand after I discarded them. Having a hard time finding a different avenue to go with the bloodrush should I just build up on the creatures with that affect? And yes you were right about the standard thing

Wildwood Rebirth was definitely inclued in that set so you could use Bloodrush and then get your dude back later.
A Bloodrush deck will be pretty aggro, since you are pumping your guys so much and going through cards fast.  So 4 Wildwood Rebirths should be enough.  You're probably not going to have the extra resources to be grabbing cards from the graveyard, and hopefully the game won't go long enough to where you have to do it much.  If the game goes too long, your opponent has time to recover and get control.

I've used this to great effect as well. The fact that Wildwood Rebirth is an Instant means it's perfect for bringing Bloodrush back from your Graveyard in the middle of an attack. Ghor-Clan Rampager has done a lot of work thanks to it.

If that's all you're tying to do, you have to consider this:  Why try to bring back a bloodrush creature you already used when you could just....include another bloodrush creature in your deck.  Yes, I know some are more powerful than others, but getting +4/+4 twice from reusing one creature isn't all that much different than +4/+4 once and +3/+1 another time.  You will basically be making your deck more clunky by including stuff like that.   If you have the 'return to hand spell' but no bloodrush creatures, you can't really do anything.   But, if you just played ANOTHER bloodrush creature in that spot....you'll never run into that scenario.

Basically, if you are going to go through the trouble of trying to return stuff from the graveyard, you need to make sure it's actually going to be worth it.  So, what you're returning has to be really really good and there needs to be no similar thing you could just use for redundancy.

Also, you'd likely be better off running things like Searing Spear , as that does a similar thing, but it allows you to deal damage to opponents outside of combat.
