Created an account through the website then downloaded the client. I go to log in the client and it says my account has not been activated. I try to reset password but the reset password page doesn't seem to be working (clicking on the first next button is just getting a Bad Request error).

Did you get your activation code by email? If you don't see it, make sure to also check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact customer service: company.wizards.com/contactus

I did not receive a confirmation email, not even in my spam folder, though it seems to recognize that my username was created and I was charged for the purchase. I will ask customer service.
