customer support denied my request due to the amount of time since the promotion happened....
now I know sorrow.

Things that I want to see changed on MTGO:
1: 64 man drafts added to rotation of Events.
2: Visual/Audible Notification of disconnect, deckbuild/afk time expiring and round starts.
3: Prize Payouts as close to draft sets as possible.
4: Rotate Classic draft queues monthly!
5: MOCS level events for Classic/Pauper
6: Power 9!
7: Award Promo Cards for Constructed PEs (esp for Legacy/Classic)
8: Program Split option back in!
9: Set Favorite version in deck editor (i.e. always use x swamp)
10: Better sorting of gold cards in deck editor.
11: Bring leagues Back!

I never got mine either, but I was far to lazy to put a request in for one. I just picked it from a bot for .04
I did the same, lol, I was looking through a bot and realised it had them and was like "why didn't I get one?" so I bought one for a fraction of a ticket.
What was the deal anyway? Did we need to be logged in when they were literally playing or just at some point during those days?

They said you just needed to log in that day. But it seems a lot of people didn't get theirs. So not sure if they just used a bad query to get a list or what but it definitely seems they screwed up somewhere.
Though no one really cared.

Hardly anyone got them right away. Those that did told the community at large and then we started to complain at which point we were told to fill out a bug report/ask us form and the next day after I did that I got mine. I expect where you guys missed the bus was in not knowing you had to alert them you didn't get one.

Unfortunately, VCLs do not currently have the tools necessary to take moderation actions directly. VCLs submit their actions to ORCs, who then actually perform the action. No offense, but sadly still a very typical way to handle it... We're almost expecting it now. Not only were they very ad hoc in their explanation what to do, they also communicated rather haphazardly: basically they told anyone who complained, but not anyone else.
