Did you get your Personal Summary in email yet?
Are your numbers correct? Mine aren't.

Dec 2012:
Lifetime Activity (MOPR): 8819
Lifetime Boosters Won: 874

Jan 2013:
Lifetime Activity (MOPR): 2
Lifetime Boosters Won: 913

Hmm... did I miss something about Lifetime MOPR points being reset?
Thanks,

Mine were 0 and 0 for this month. I also noted that the date started was different and was consistent with the start date for my beta account (post beta).

I just assumed they reset everyone's points to 0 with the new MOPR system, and any old MOPR points you may have accumulated went out the window with the bathwater. Out with the old, and screw any numbers you may have had in the past. Makes sense to me.

I can confirm that my lifetime MOPR points are also messed up like yours:

Dec 2012:
Lifetime Activity (MOPR): 7285
Lifetime Boosters Won: 1697

Jan 2013:
Lifetime Activity (MOPR): 2
Lifetime Boosters Won: 1792

I can't see why a new MOPR system would reset the liftime points?  I'm hoping it is some sort of error.

Yeah, my lifetime activity went from 1707 down to 2 as well.  New system for rewards = activity reset, I suppose.

I received an answer to my questioning of this from customer service telling me these MOPR reports were in error. I'd expect a new one some day soon.

The line in the e-mail was in error, sorry about the confusion. The way MOPR works now there are no Lifetime Points awarded and existing points have no bearing on which promos you get, so it won't be reported in future summary e-mails.

I also want to point out that we are not removing the ability to track lifetime points from our system, but the new system does not factor points the same way so we will not be reporting on them in our newsletters.  If, for instance, we ever decide to revert back to the old MOPR system, we would still be able to determine your actual lifetime points based on your activity up to that point.

Sorry for the confusion.

That's really a shame. I can't talk for anyone else but that was one of the few reasons I didnt auto delete the mopr emails and instead opened them every month. I don't plan on reading them in the future.

With the changes to MOPR and the addition of QPs as objects you can see in your collection, we are looking at revamping the newsletter.   I will have Sean start a new thread so you guys can talk about what info you really want to receive every few weeks and we will see what we can incorporate.
