I'm new to MTGO, and I can't seem to get the trading system to work. I get into a trade, and it won't display my cards to offer the other person. In this case, I'm trying to sell cards to a bot, but all the system will display is the bot's cards, which is a blank screen.
All the tips I can find online are just "Make sure to mark your cards as tradeable, then just offer the cards!" All my cards are marked, but I still can't offer anything! Help!

Unfortunately, VCLs do not currently have the tools necessary to take moderation actions directly. VCLs submit their actions to ORCs, who then actually perform the action. This processing can take between a few minutes and several hours, depending on how busy/attentive the ORCs are. If you see something that needs VCL attention, please use this thread (MTGO) or this thread (paper) to make a request and a VCL will look at it as soon as possible. A lot of bots nowadays do both selling and buying. You have to get it to go to buying mode; normally you do that by taking a ticket from it, and then it will start picking your cards.
Maybe it's that?

As i understand it some bots aren't working properly with the new wide beta client either. If you are using that, could be part of the issue. Likely however Nushae is right - read the specific text that the bot shows when you engage with it and in most cases you have to select a ticket or type 'sell' or something like that.
It's also possible you dont have any cards that the bot wants. Not many will buy very common cards not worth much.

Get this figured out? I am having the same issue!! I cannot get the trade started... people can start trades with everyone but me. I am bugged and reinstalling client didn't work. I even put wide beta on a separate PC and tried that, at least on beta I have a trade option when I right Click, but it still does nothing when I select trade. PLEASE HELP!!!
