I just wanted to say that so far I'm very impressed on how WOTC is handling our feedback on the beta.  If you were here during the 2.5 conversion it was a total nightmare.  This is night and day from that and I'm extremely happy with how they are actually listening AND implementing our ideas.  I hope that this exchange of feedback/implementation continues until we have a product that is ready to launch and THANK YOU FOR NOT LAUNCHING IT EARLY THIS TIME.  Seriously I can't say that enough.

I really like that there's a feedback form instead of just posting something to a thread.

Well, the circumstances are very different this time.  As many people seem to forget, the 2.5 client was inexorably tied to the old server architecture, which was crumbling (crumbling isn't the word... what's a word for crumbling but with larger pieces and faster ?). They HAD to release a new client and it had to be fast because there is nothing worse for WoTC than people not being able to spend money on their game, which is what was happening every release and for good chunks in between.

This time around, they can afford to wait. That doesn't mean they don't deserve kudos for doing so and getting better feedback, but the circumstances are altogether different and, well, it's bascially the same people and they have the experience of the first one.
