A week ago, my girlfriend was playing and she got reimbursed for the packs and tix, however she didnt get reimbursed automatically at all. However she had to keep the cards which she opened, but no compensation for prizes were given. Lucky for her she opened some money rares. Now the same happens to me and I just registered an account..  Too bad for me I was running pretty good, but didnt open any moneyrares...

As long as you made it to Deck Building, cards you opened will be added to your collection. If you were in the middle of drafting, those cards will be lost and not added to your collection.
Bubba0077, will everyone be refunded automatically or do we need to request a refund?

Still, 2-0 in standard and 2-1 in modern daily doesn't exactly make me happy about getting 12 tix back (((((((((
I hope it won't happen to often, as it seems new client complicates a lot of stuff.

How will i "automaticcaly reimbursed" for the things i would have won? Does the system look into my tournament stadings and give me at least the 6 packs i was guaranteed to win in that daily event???
You will get your entry fee back, that's all.
This has to be a joke  I mean, at least if that`s also the final answer when i manually fill out a refund form, that the system doesn`t grant me packs for winning the tournament is ofc not a problem, but there will defninitely a chance that i get the prize packs and qp i was aleady guaranteed after those 3 rounds manually, right?

Nope you dont got anything you would have won. But they seem to compensate that with that you can keep what you opened. Even if you were guaranteed some packs and points, those will be lost. I think it will be too time consuming for them to check in games or matches. When you registered you also agreed with their reimbursement policy, so there is no point to complain.

Automated refund can only occur in specific circumstances, such as an entire event getting stuck or the entire server going down. Bugs affecting only one or two users of course require a manual request.

You can try, but I wouldn't put high hopes in your succeeding.

The word "reimburse" is ompletely incorrect if it is just the entry fee that is refunded. I spent 3 hours of time in that tournament and made it to a 3-0 standing, waiting for the last round with the knowledge f already winning 6 packs.
Is it 100% sure that i can`t file a refund request for more than those reepy 6 tickets? 6 tickets aren`t even close to be a "reimburse" for the trouble that crash caused
Edit: Thx Bubba, wrote that before seing your post, i rly hope that theres a chane they look into it and understand that a 3-0 means i was receiving prizes in that tournament for sure, otherwise i competely not see a point in manual compensation requests, that would be a perfet exampe of complete ignoration :/ But all that flame is just theoretically so far, still hoping that the support gets my point
