Unfortunately, VCLs do not currently have the tools necessary to take moderation actions directly. VCLs submit their actions to ORCs, who then actually perform the action. This processing can take between a few minutes and several hours, depending on how busy/attentive the ORCs are. If you see something that needs VCL attention, please use this thread (MTGO) or this thread (paper) to make a request and a VCL will look at it as soon as possible. CoC violations should be reported to Customer Service using the "report post" button. One thing seriously bugs me about the way chat works now: when a new chat window spawns, it pops up very near the top of the screen, which, since I keep my start menu bar at the top, puts the only part of the window I can click & drag to move the window almost completely under the start bar. This of course makes it very difficult to relocate the chat to where I'd like it to be. If it could just be set up so that it started out farther from the edge of the screen, that'd be very helpful.

The chat is so bad I just had to quit. I do not think it could be any worse. Its not intuitive, I could not figure out how to reopen the chat I had going with a friend. After clicking, alt tabing, and clicking some more, I did find the chat. Then it started all over again because I could not remember what to do. I started up a casual game, why is there not a built in chat window? For me to see chat I really have to block half of the playing field? I am hoping this can be changed in options, but why is it not the default?

All of the slash commands are currently unsupported. The biggest problem is probably with multiplayer and eject.
