Just been doing a draft, when it seemed like my opponent has stopped responding.
Thought it might be me lagging so I logged out to login again, but it wouldn't let me.
Tried withnanother account, same again. so my question is is it just me or has MTGO crashed?

Same here. FWIW, I've been told the cause of yesterday's crash (and presumably today's) already has a fix scheduled to deploy Weds. If this continues, I imagine they will just leave the servers down for a few hours and deploy it earlier.

Unfortunately, VCLs do not currently have the tools necessary to take moderation actions directly. VCLs submit their actions to ORCs, who then actually perform the action. This processing can take between a few minutes and several hours, depending on how busy/attentive the ORCs are. If you see something that needs VCL attention, please use this thread (MTGO) or this thread (paper) to make a request and a VCL will look at it as soon as possible. CoC violations should be reported to Customer Service using the "report post" button. So i forgot to note down my event & game number. Will I be able to find it from my replays to submit a refund request.
I was 1-1 in a swiss with a good chance at winning the 3rd game also pulled a foil Urabrask at least 6 tix. Not happy.

This and yesterday are 100% unrelated. Right now is an ISP issue out of our direct control. We are working the issue, see my stickied thread in general for more info as we get it.
