Just installed MTGO and can't view any replay because of this error. I talked with an ORC and submitted a bug report, but still no fix. I hope they get on top of this..

Just want to up this thread. I'm having similar issues reviewing replays. I get spammed by error boxes in some cases. being unable to even quit watching the replays. Seems like some infinite loop occurs...

Thank you for getting in touch with us! I understand your frustration with this issue, unfortunately the only progress report I have available shows that the developers have been made aware of the issue and are working to correct it. Unfortunately I don't have a timeline for when a fix for this may be implemented. However, as a fix, we could change your account name to something other than a 3 letter name to see if this fixes the issue for you. If you would like to do this please reply with:
First Name registered with the account: Last Name registered with the account: Email address registered to your account: Zip Code registered to your account: Security question registered with the account: Answer to Security question:
Top 3 choices for new name:
If you do not wish to change your name we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and hopefully a fix will be developed soon!
Please let me know if you have any other questions! So there is an out for those impatient. Also my account has been renamed and it now functions fine.

Holy moley, this was why I couldn't see replays? I thought everyone else was just screwing with me when they told me they could watch them fine. Lee on MTGO

Wow. I was scouring the FAQ/Troubleshoot for why I couldn't view replays, and I couldn't figure it out. I finally found this thread and it turns out it's because my account name is 3 letters long. So the only solution so far is to change my MTGO account name?
