Special Rules:
1) BANNED: Entomb  , Show and Tell  , Light of Day  , Absolute Grace  , Karma  , Righteous War  .
2) Baneslayer Angel  and Halo Hunter  are RESTRICTED to 1/deck.
3a) Angel decks may only contain Angel, Human, and Spirit creatures.
3b) Demon decks may only contain Demon, Ogre, Human, and Nightstalker creatures.
3c) Secondary type, such as Human Cleric, or Ogre Shaman, are OK.

I'm a little bit afraid of what you have left not being banned: Gloom (+Dark Ritual first turn...) Cleanse Drought Iona, Shield of Emeria Anarchy etc. ( forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t...) People will play those color hosers, so I myself will play a stupid deck you won't consider being “in the spirit of this event”.

Iona is already banned. This list is ON TOP of the regular lists. I thought about some of the cards you mention, and Infernal Darkness  , too. I think we caught the most obvious hosers, while allowing Angels some "divine retribution", and Demons some "diabolical blasphemy".
As far as me thinking it's "not in the spirit of the event", too bad. That's my problem. But chances are, I won't think that, since my feeling are "if it's tribal, it cool." I don't have a problem w/"broken hoser decks". So go ahead! Bring your "stupid deck"! Play it hard! Win big! Fine by me...

I'll host Tribal Apocalypse on behalf of Blippy today. And we have some new developments: - Clan Leys joined MTGOTraders as a sponsor of the event, will pay for the following prizes:
- Endangered Prize
- Virgin Prize
- NEW: Topical Prize: 1 tix to any undefeated "Topical Tribe", aka the tribe most representative of the most recent standard-legal set (Avacyn Restored; will change with Return to Ravnica). Currently: Angel, Demon
- NEW: Up-and-Coming Prize: 1 tix to a tribe that ends 1st place if it never did before. See the Hall of Fame for the tribes that ended at 1st place so far. If an eligible tribe ends undefeated but not at 1st place, the player is allowed to challenge the 1st place player after the tournament to get the prize.
- The Endangered Prize is now awarded to the highest-ranked eligible tribe (regardless of the number of available members; it just needs to be Endangered legal). Also, Myr and Rat decks are now eligible. Assassin decks aren't anymore. Therefore, the excluded tribes are: Ally, Artificer, Assassin, Eldrazi, and Kor.

This weekend's Tribal Apocalypse will be DOUBLE TROUBLE!
Each player must submit two decks:
1) ANY creature type present in one deck may not be used in the other. This includes Shapeshifters/Changelings.
2) Each deck must be Legacy Tribal Wars legal.
3) Regular banned lists.
The two decks will be combined and played as one deck. This combined deck must be Legacy legal.
Clan Leys is taking over the administration of special prizes. The entire pool from MTGO Traders will now be split among the winners with no "shorting".
Endangered & Virgin prizes only apply if both sides of the deck meet the requirements.
