We have temporarily taken down the M11 16 player Sealed Swiss Queue until we resolve an issue that arose overnight. We will post an update on when they will return after the issue has been isolated. 8 player draft queues and the 64 player Release Events are available.

We will post updates as soon as we have more information.

I've never understood why when making announcements like this it's always referred to simply as "an issue." Why don't you tell us what the issue actually is?

Because its an issue...is an explanantion really necessary?  I mean half of us wont understand it or dont care, and its not like they are going to be taking tech support from forum goers
I like fun, but competitive decks.  So I might not play what is optimal but they have normally been tested to have a 2/3 winrate.

The more information you know, the more people can be critical about it.  Its a guess really, but I bet there is a WOTC policy (written or otherwise) somewhere with legal's fingerprints likely all over it.  Its a bad policy, but hey, governments hide behind policy all the time.  It doesn't make it right, but it keeps legal happy.

It is always fun to set time aside to play some sealed and to find out that WotC has ruined it for you. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!

I especially love how I"m still waiting for my refund from last night.... let's make a format of unreturnable product, and then take that product away... so hey either we get your money or we get your money

I received my refund more than an hour ago. If you check now, maybe it's there?

Personally, I've always been satisfied by the speed of the refunds (well, instantaneous would be more satisfying, but given what we have....).

Don't deplete my oxygen for the guy who's turning blue
But ask me, and I'll do anything for you

I had MAJOR issues affecting my matches last night in the event.  Unreal problems, I filed for compensation.  I enjoy the sealed swiss events for M11, let's hope they get them up and running ASAP, thanks WOTC team!
