I have used this very nice skin like forever (how long has it been, 5 years or more?).
Did even forget that I was using something custom, until some viewers of my stream asked me about it. ^^

My Twitch channel is www.twitch.tv/blade_mo/ (mostly Momir Basic, Classic and other not so serious stuff) At the moment I am working a lot, so not much time to stream. But there are recordings (for example of the PRE Ham on Wry Classic Tournaments) featuring your skin.
