Hi! First of all, please don't yell. I realize you're very interested in finding out the answer to your question. However, the tone you set in communication greatly influences the responses you get back. In this case, you're setting the tone in a very sub-optimal manner.
Secondly, a question.
Why are you this interested in Counterbalance? Is it possible that others are similarily interested in the same card for the same reasons?

I think the OP is in on the artificial Counterbalance shortage. Think about it. Someone buys up all of the Counterbalances. Now someone comes here with a new account to advertise that every vendor is out of Counterbalance.
Who really needs a Counterbalance today? And I mean today, January 15th, and right now with CAPS LOCK urgency? It just doesn't make sense. Countertop is missing the Top in Extended, so the only valid use of this card is in Legacy. Legacy is coming, but not this month. CB hasn't been played in Classic for awhile (good luck against dredge) and CB is also a poor choice for the casual room. It's so random that right now there's a huge run on Counterbalance. That's why obviously, it's speculatiors.
Also, it's not "SO EXPENSIVE", it's a ticket. Diabolic Edict and Lotus Petal say hi. Just more hype.
