Yo guys,
Don't worry, you don't need to be so politicly correct, we croatians have a tough hide.
Still, the missing option is a sign of not caring because every serious site has all of the countries in order. It's an important thing.
As for Yugoslavia, it has been broken to smaller countries. It's quite old news in fact lol.

I am not sure what problem you encountered OldNews, but Croatia is available in the Account Creation country list. Hope all is well with your MTGO account and have fun.

I am just saying that when I pick the option OUTSIDE OF USA OR CANADA, the next bar which shows the countries in alphabetical order doesn't show Croatia at all.
