Is there a prereq or will it show up automatically in our accounts? For example, do I need to request it or must I log on between certain dates?

I didn't get mine either. and the help people want to know the event number....How can I get to where we gave advise to find that, yes....I did make a suggestion. I can't find that in our new wonderful blog/group/forum arena.
