Any movement on this feature? I think a lot of people would prefer a rough but functional UI to replay at min the top 8 than wait around.

Why lack of Replays during events are bad:
I, play my matchs very quickly and usually 15 minutes into the round I am done assuming my opponent plays at a fair pace themselves. Then for the next 45 minutes+ I have nothing to do, In v2.5 I used to pull up all the replays of every match and entertain myself by watching how players played and the games, it made magic fun. Now instead my options are as follows:
- Sit there twiddling my thumbs for 45 minutes - Join a 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th event so that I have a match up at all times
Since I want to do something entertaining many times I do the 2nd option, which is fine if 2 or 3 of my matches overlap I can complete them all without worrying about my clock timing me out, the problem here is that my opponents start to complain and get upset I am playing so slow because I am playing in multiple tournaments.
So now not only has turning off Replays inconvenienced me by forcing me to find something to do for 45 minutes, but now is inconveniencing my opponents because I no longer devote my full attention to their match because I was forced to find other things to do on magic online while waiting for a round to end.
I have been getting more and more bored with Magic Online ever since replays started being disabled in v2.5 and now hearing they are not coming back at all in v3 is just retarded. I hope whoever you have that is making decisions for the "good of the game" either gets fired, or figures out that players play magic online for FUN, F-U-N, If you want magic online to be as seriously competitive as real life you need to solve all the bridges of verifying who is on an account and link everyones accounts to their DCI numbers, but since that is near impossible, leave Magic Online to be the more casual fun tournament environment that is relaxing from the GP/PT scene and let people enjoy your game. Every decision you make is taking away this enjoyability factor.

Gordon, we still haven't heard the minutes of the meeting where it was decided to reward the players with the most buddies in the event. QFT
This also hurts the community. We should be moving back to having real time kibitzing, not removing replays!
Watching replays of a finished event is much less fun than watching them in between your rounds.

I think I begin to understand. A clan or bunch of friends get into a tourney and since they are all playing they can share info on who they are playing against.
Does this happen often? Or is that a silly question? Simply because something happens only a small portion of the time, and can/will affect only a small portion of the participants in any one event, does not mean that it will not be advanced as an argument in favour by certain posters.
Having said that, I do generally sympathize with the notion of bypassing rules that would only impact on the casual would-be cheater, and have no effect on the well practiced die-hards. But if you think about this for just a moment, many of our society's laws fall into this same trap also.

Wizards guys, why dont you post anything here while you are posting tons of paragraphs to other marginal topics? If you will not bring replays back at least take it like a man and tell us.

for Mike. This is an important issue for online play, Mike. Obviously you're not in charge of making sure whatever code stuff is needed to make them run smoothly, but anything you can do to improve them policywise is definitely in your ballpark.
