You're missing possibly the single most unfair card in PPS: Guardian of the Guildpact . There's only a tiny handful of cards that can deal with it, although Shadowmoor will probably change that. I'm really loving having a rebel chain in my deck. It's only gotten better with changelings in print. Also, Aurochs Herd . Solid beater that tutors for Nameless Inversion or Game-Trail Changeling .

I just checked on my PPS deck. My common Anarchist is showing up as uncommon in the deck editor. Anyone else having issues?

I just checked on my PPS deck. My common Anarchist is showing up as uncommon in the deck editor. Anyone else having issues? That's because it was common in Odyssey and uncommon in Ninth. It's probably showing the most recent printing. Check the "Show all version" box to see the other. Note that both are perfectly legal in PPS, regardless.

I do encourage the variety, and I wouldn't want to push every PPS deck toward Zone Control. However, feel free to clean up you list formatting some (group creatures and spells, or mana costs, or functions, or whatever) and put up a thread on PDCMagic.com.
As for my thoughts here, this looks vaguely like a midrange "good stuff" aggro-control PPS list. I'm not super-fond of the archetype, because I think tuning more toward either pure aggro, pure control, or pure bombs is preferable, but midrange might be fun for its variety and certainly isn't "bad."
I don't generally consider the Odyssey comes-into-play-tapped lands playable, even in PPS.
