Here are my thoughts:
*Tinker (a card I love) and Stripmine should be banned. *Balance should not be banned for now *Unban the three black tutors and see what happens - it will add some variety to the format. Like people say, we can go back and ban one at a time if they cause problems. Also, I disagree with the idea that singleton should not have good tutors - just the opposite. Tutors are the only way you can make consistent control and combo archtypes in a singleton format, so they are essential. *Unban Crucible and Loam - they open up a bunch of interesting possibilities, and we can deal with Wasteland recursion by using basics. And don't forget that cheap graveyard hate works too.
Tournaments: *I like the weekend challenges a lot. *The earlier times are better for me. *I have a feeling that Sunday evening tournament (North American time) is bad for the most people, especially in Europe. Maybe we should eliminate that time slot from the rotation. *I'd like to see tournaments that can fire with 16 people with scaling prizes depending on the turnout. *Having tournaments more than once a week would be nice for me. Maybe more people would join the format if they knew there were more opportunities to play. *Tempest packs aren't worth enough to make the 2-man and 8-man queues worthwhile - these should pick up if the payout changes to ME3.

I was wondering what the motivation behind the Upheaval unban is. Don't get me wrong, as an evil UB control player I love winning me some unfair wins with an upheaval, but seriously why bring it back? It's pretty degenerate, and swingy. I also think mana drain is overpowered. Blue gets to keep all the good stuff and white can't have Balance.

Considering the last post was nearly a year ago... not very healthy.

That is more a reflection of the sorry state of these boards than the format itself. Not that 100CS doesn't have issues - it has had some tournaments that failed to fire lately. But most tournaments have fired in the past year, and there are always people playing it in the casual room. People play the 2-man's, too.
